I have been bringing my cars here for 2 years now and nothing but good and fair service. I always deal with Martin who is always professional and provides honest advice.

We have been using RS Auto Clinic for service on our two vehicles for the past several years and we are very pleased with the exceptional service they have provided.
We take our vehicles in for their regularly scheduled maintenance but also when any other issues may arise. My knowledge of auto mechanics is very limited so it’s fortunate that Martin is very approachable and listens to our concerns.
They don’t do any unnecessary work and if there is a problem they take the time to explain in layman’s terms what is involved in the repair. I would highly recommend them as a dependable, fair and professional auto service.

I have been going to RS Auto clinic for years now, the guy behind the desk is as knowledgeable as ever and honest when it comes to how to fix my Mini Cooper or Dodge Ram.

Martin has always gone over and above to help keep my ailing mini on the road even though it seems like every part is special order. He constantly shops around to help find me the best parts at the fairest prices.

Highly recommend, my wife has also had great experiences when getting her routine maintenance done on her new Infinity QX80.

We don’t even trust the dealership which is why we bring it there above the dealer even though it’s a 2023.

I was in the Burlington area for work when a rear wheel bearing just decided to give up. I contacted the business and Martin was really quick to look at the car so I could get back home the next day (600+ kms). He fixed it rapidly, his team knows what they were doing. Highly recommend them.

Been a customer for well over 5 years,and indeed maybe it’s 10 now! Martin and Ron are great, knowledgeable, personable guys and I have never left this shop feeling disappointed with the service, or that queasy feeling in the pit of the stomach knowing you have likely been ripped off. Last summer a ball of very fine plastic fell off a truck in front of me on the highway, and it immediately stuck to the entire exhaust system. I went to RS Auto right away to make sure no damage done to the catalytic converter. Ron spent over 30 mins scraping and cutting off the now hardened plastic on the entire exhaust pipe and muffler and ensured me apart from the burnt plastic smell, all was well, and did not even charge me for any of his time. Good service and TRUST, these are the reasons I keep going back.

The best auto shop, they are honest and always do an amazing job!

I have used RS Auto to repair my cars for the last couple of years. What I like most about them is their honesty in only fixing what needs fixing. Their prices are reasonable and their turn around time is great! They can busy at times so call ahead to book an appointment.

My wife and I started bringing our vehicles to RS Auto last year and I can honestly say that it was one of the best decisions we have ever made regarding our cars. RS Auto Clinic is as honest as it gets, they don’t try to oversell you, they clearly walk you through what needs to be done and why it needs to be done, and they provide you with options which is really nice. Easy going straight to the point kind of guys brought my car in for an alignment they said anywhere from 45min to 1 hour and like clockwork about 45 min later they were all finished up.

Great place to come for an undercoat. dripless and no mess or smell. Highly recommend.

Quick reliable service and friendly staff

Originally took my Mercedes CLK here to get the wheels aligned, turned out it has a bent rim and a cracked rim which caused the vehicle to pull right. When I came to pick up the car I was informed of this information and they even put the car up on the lift to show me how significant the crack was. Have been back since to put new wheels on and get the oil changed. Amazing service and very fair pricing - my new go-to shop, will be back soon!

Ive been dealing with Ron for a few years now and in my third car with him. Everytime i come i feel respected and that i wont be taken for a ride. On my last visit Ron and Martin went above my expectations i wanted a piece of chrome trim painted on top of my regular service, i know they are not a body shop but Martin assured me its going to be done.. wish i could post a pic of how amazing it looks now!!! We had an issue with our van and the window being stuck in the down position. After calling around to some shops. No one would be able to see us until end of month. We called RS Auto and they took us in right away, found the issue and fixed it all with in a few hours. Amazing service!

Brought my SUV in this morning with both front and rear brake as well as suspension issues. I was completely surprised when all the work was completed by early afternoon. I was thrilled with how much better it works and the cost was less than I expected.

Ron & Co were able to tackle a project that 2 other shops rejected, replace rusty brake lines that looked like they were taken from the titanic. They were able to complete this task (in addition to other requests, fluid changes/alignment etc.) in 1.5 days. True professional, will come again in the future 100%.

I found this place, by chance, when I got a flat tire. They were so kind- they changed my tire and and assessed (not sure of the correct terminology) the problem, free of charge. I ended up buying a set of new tires from them, and they’re great. Everyone is really friendly and patiently explained everything to me and found me the best prices they could. I will definitely return!

So easy now to text him, book an appointment and bring any of my trucks to his garage to take care of. Great service, great rates and great honesty. Even though my 2017 car is under warranty from the manufacturer I trust RS Auto for my after market needs such as winter tires and wheels, off warranty repairs, etc.. The only difference between RS Auto and the BMW dealer is that here I have to bring my own coffee and muffins!

Took my Jetta today to have the muffler repaired. Within an hour the work was done. The shop did only what was exactly required to complete the repair. Brought my car in for service. Had work performed at another car repair facility a few months before and Ron discovered that the part installed was defective. Car had been running cooler than normal running temp ever since repair was performed. Ron diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed it the way it should have been done the first time. If you want a repair shop with knowledgeable and competent mechanics, I highly recommend this place.

I would recommend this shop to everyone. Every time I call and ask Ron for advice, he is happy to answer and provide his expert opinion, no matter how busy he is. I recently had a problem with an exhaust pipe. It was hanging from the bottom of my car. Ron attached it for me until I could find time in my schedule to bring it in for service. He took the time not only to look at my car, but to provide a temporary solution - FREE OF CHARGE - until I could bring my car back. So many shops are large and lack the personal touch. Ron is a nice guy and he is competent in his job. The business is his and he stands behind his service. Why go to the big chains when you can get better service from a guy you know, and a guy you can trust. And here's the big bonus. His dog Chili is always there to welcome you. Whenever you visit the shop you are sure to see Chili at the front desk and this is always a treat.

I've been coming to Ron at rs auto clinic for over a year. This review is long over due. I have an 08 car that's falling apart but I'm holding on to it. I've done, tires, tie rods, bearings, power steering lines, belts, clutch, oil changes and transmission flush all with Ron. He's done an awesome job and at a competitive price. First impressions of RS Auto Clinic? I speculated what the problem may have been before i brought my vehicle into their shop, and after they test drove it and put it on the lift they quickly confirmed my speculation (rear wheel bearing), as well as showing me another suspension wear issue which i fully agreed to. All in all, very impressed with how clean, organized, and well equipped the shop was and not to mention the quality of workmanship and great care they showed towards my car (my vehicle has lowered suspension), mechanical experience, and how reasonable the repair cost was. That was my first experience with them and will not hesitate to bring my other vehicles to them in the future. Great job on the BMW guys!
